Kinetix offers free shipping on all orders to the continental United States via DHL. We aim to deliver within 2-4 business days after processing.

Article 2: Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Article 3: Shipping Options

  • Standard Method: Free DHL (2-4 days).

  • Restrictions: No shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. Contact support@kinetix.com for alternatives.

Article 4: Delivery Times

Estimated times are 2-4 days, but may vary due to external factors (weather, high volume). Kinetix is not responsible for carrier delays.

Article 5: Tracking and Delivery

A DHL tracking number is provided by email. Signature may be required for valuable appliances. Inspect the package upon arrival; report damages within 48 hours.

Article 6: Delivery Issues

If a package is lost or damaged, contact us within 7 days. We will investigate with DHL and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

Article 7: Incorrect Addresses

You are responsible for providing an accurate address. Additional fees may apply for re-shipments due to customer errors.
